Optimal Fish Oil capsules are unique from other fish oil supplements that leave fishy aftertastes and result in fishy burps. Optimal Fish Oil contains Lipase, an enzyme needed for breaking down lipids (fats). Lipase is primarily produced in the pancreas but is also produced in the mouth and stomach. The addition of this digestive enzyme means no fishy burps. 

Optimal Fish Oil is very potent and contains a total of 1400mg of EPA/DHA.

While majoring in Cell and Molecular biology at the University of Washington, Dr. Ben took a trip through the South Pacific and Southeast Asia that changed his outlook on traditional medicine, and his life.
