The smoothie base is typically frozen acai puree (or acai powder) blended with fruit and a bit of coconut milk to create a thick, “scoopable” texture.

Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl + Blueberry Cashew Super Cereal

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries or any berry mix, frozen
  • 2 tsp acai powder
  • 2/3 cup non-dairy milk (coconut, hemp, almond) or coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Fresh fruit toppings
